Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. General information

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through the website www.dreamscollections.es, owned by Francisco Javier Girón Fernández (trading as Dreams Collection Studio).

By placing an order in our store, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Products

All products offered in our store are handcrafted creations 3D printed in Premium PLA. They are handmade fan art works, independent artistic tributes and free interpretations inspired by the universe of fantastic creatures from popular video games. They are not official products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by the copyright holders of the original franchises or their affiliates.

Product images are indicative. Due to the handcrafted nature of 3D printing, there may be slight variations in colour and finish that make every piece unique.

3. Prices

All prices shown on the website include VAT (21%) and are stated in euros (€).

Shipping costs are calculated and shown before checkout is completed, according to the destination zone (see section 6). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although orders already placed will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of purchase.

4. Ordering process

To place an order:

  1. Add the products you want to the cart
  2. Review your order and proceed to checkout
  3. Enter your shipping and billing details
  4. Select your payment method
  5. Confirm your order

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Bizum (Spain only)

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

6. Shipping

Shipping zones and costs:

  • Spain: €4.95 — FREE on orders from €30
  • European Union: €9.95 — FREE on orders from €45
  • International (rest of the world): €14.95 — FREE on orders from €70

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 1-2 working days
  • European Union: 2-7 working days
  • International: 5-9 working days

Delivery times start from payment confirmation. Manufacturing and preparation time is 1 working day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are payable by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal (30 days)

Under the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from the contract. At Dreams Collection Studio we extend the statutory period and give you 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return any item without needing to give a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  1. Send an email to info@dreamscollections.es stating your name, order number and the product(s) you wish to return
  2. We will send you the return instructions and the shipping address
  3. Return the product in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition
  4. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer, except in the case of a faulty product

We will refund the amount within 5-10 working days from receiving and checking the return, using the same payment method you used. Personalised or made-to-order products do not qualify for return.

8. Warranty

All our products carry a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with current Spanish legislation.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by drops or knocks

If you receive a faulty product or one damaged in transit, contact us within the first 48 hours with photos of the product and the packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

10. Intellectual property

The products are fan art creations, independent artistic tributes inspired by the universe of fantastic creatures from popular video games. All trademarks and intellectual property rights of the original franchises belong to their respective owners. We claim no ownership over those trademarks and assert no official relationship with their holders.

12. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
