Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. General information
These Terms and Conditions regulate the sale of products through the website www.dreamscollections.es, owned by Francisco Javier Girón Fernández.
By placing an order in our store, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. Products
All products offered in our store are handmade 3D printed creations using Premium PLA material. The products are fan art inspired by the Pokémon franchise and are not official products, nor are they licensed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Game Freak.
Product images are illustrative. Due to the handmade nature of 3D printing, there may be slight variations in color and finish.
3. Prices
All prices shown on the website include VAT (21%) and are expressed in euros (€).
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed before checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 for the Iberian Peninsula.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, although orders already placed will be honored at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.
4. Purchase process
To place an order:
- Add desired products to the cart
- Review your order and proceed to checkout
- Enter your shipping and billing information
- Select payment method
- Confirm your order
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
5. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Other methods available on Shopify Payments
All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
6. Shipping
Shipping zones:
- Iberian Peninsula: €4.99 (FREE on orders +€50)
- Balearic Islands: €6.99
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €9.99
- Rest of Europe: Inquire
- International shipping: Available (inquire about rates)
Delivery times:
- Peninsula: 3-5 business days
- Balearic Islands: 5-7 business days
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 7-10 business days
- International: 7-15 business days
Deadlines begin from payment confirmation. Some products may require additional manufacturing time (this will be indicated on the product page).
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party authorized by you, acquire material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Send an email to info@dreamscollections.es indicating your name, order number, and that you wish to return the product
- Return the product in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
We will refund the product amount within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
8. Warranty
All our products have a 2-year warranty in accordance with Spanish legislation for manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear of the product
- Damage caused by drops or impacts

10. Intellectual property
The products are fan art creations. Pokémon and all related names, characters, and elements are registered trademarks of Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, and Game Freak. We claim no ownership over these brands.

12. Applicable legislation
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any controversy, the courts and tribunals of Madrid will be competent.
